Why do students participate in the Fruit Sale?

The Fruit Sale is one of the largest fundraisers for the Band & Orchestra students. Proceeds from the Fruit Sale help fund music education enrichment. Additionally, students' sales raise money for their individual student accounts!

MAIN INFORMATION: • Supporters from anywhere in the continental U.S. can purchase online and have it delivered directly! • Secure, online payments are accepted by check, credit card, or debit card.
• Flat rate shipping - $6.95 per item
• Orders will be shipped the week of 12/14-12/18 and guaranteed to be delivered before 12/25/20. • Orders are 100% guaranteed and ship directly to the recipients’ doorsteps.

What are the important dates to remember?

November 1: Ordering Begins Band & Orchestra students fundraise by sharing the Order Information with Family & Friends.    November 22: All orders must be made online by midnight, November 22.  ​ December 14-18: All orders will be shipped via FedEx Smartpost to the recipients' homes. The exact delivery day can't be guaranteed. If the homeowner is not home, orders will be stored at the local post office.

How is the 2020 Fruit Sale different from last year?

The MHS Band & Orchestra Boosters has partnered with Florida Indian River Groves to sell a variety of delicious fruit. ​ 1. All orders are placed online by the customer.  2. Florida Indian River Groves delivers directly to the customer's home.

How does a student make a sale?

Accepted Answer

Students should only contact customers via text, email, phone & social media.    To prevent COVID-19 exposure, we ask that all students refrain from contacting customers in person.   Band and orchestra members can get credit for customer purchases when they use the drop down menu at check out. Students were given the choice to opt in for this so if their name is not on the menu it is because they chose not to opt in.

Yes!    A long-standing tradition is to share fruit with our local food pantry at Middleton Outreach Ministry.   Your customers can support M.O.M. and ship a box to them at 3502 Parmenter St., Middleton, WI 53562.
