Just a reminder that we will host our Japan "roll out" meeting tonight in the Band Room at 6PM. This spring break 2027 trip will be open to all band students. If your family should have questions about the trip prior to enrollment please join us this evening.

1. K&A Gift Cards
Concert week is here and so is your last chance to buy K&A Greenhouse gift cards! Help support the Middleton Band by purchasing K&A Greenhouse $20 Gift cards to purchase all of your plants and gardening supplies. The $20 gift cards can be ordered on the Band Booster website through May 6 and picked up at the May 5 or 6 band concerts. Cards will also be available for purchase with cash or via our website at each concert event.Gift Cards will not be mailed or delivered to customers, in person pick up only please.
2. Spring Concerts THIS WEEK!
Tuesday 5/5: Cardinal Band, Concert Band, Chamber Winds
Wednesday 5/6: Symphonic Winds, Chamber Winds, & Senior Recognition
Report time: 6:50pm
Dress: all black
Remember that students are expected to stay for the entire evening. (Plan on 9:00pm or a little after, and don't forget to sign in/out.) If you must leave early for another event, there will be a make-up assignment required.

4. Spring Break 2027 Japan Trip Info Meeting
This Thursday, 5/7, 6:00pm
This meeting is not required in order to attend, nor does attending mean you're committing to enrolling in the trip. But it's a great opportunity to get all the info and ask any questions you may have.
5. Memorial Day Date Reminder
Just a quick calendar reminder: all band students will play at several community performances on Memorial Day (5/25). The time commitment is about 8:00a-1:00p. All students are expected to attend, but if you are out of town or have unavoidable family conflicts, there will be a make-up available.

During this meeting, we will walk through important details including trip pricing, registration information, and a preview of the itinerary. This will be a great opportunity to get a clear picture of the experience we are planning for our band students and to ask any questions you may have.
