***Please check your personal email inbox to view the Itinerary Attachment from the Band Team. The website does not publish trip itineraries.

Gateway Travel, our Greece tour provider, has shared an updated itinerary, which is attached below. While this is not our  final itinerary (expected next week), many key details have been finalized, including hotels, flights, and transportation. Some smaller details, such as performance and tour times, may still be subject to change in the coming weeks.

The Itinerary references two flight groups. You can see what flight group your student is assigned to via the MyGateway website.

Thank you for your patience and support!

Best,

The Band Team

It's that time again... Solo & Ensemble is this Saturday!  A few reminders:

1. Sign up to Volunteer!

Students can sign up to volunteer on the bulletin board outside the choir room.  Families, please sign up here for a volunteer shift.  We are especially in need of room monitors!  The shifts are only two hours long, and you can step inside to watch your student's performance, so please help make the day run smoothly!

2. Schedule Available

The most recent draft of the schedule is here.  (There will be one final version to come at the end of the week.). Remember that ensembles are only listed under one student's name.

3. Performance Reminders

- The judge needs to have an original purchased copy of the music.  If you don't own one, make sure you have signed up (deadline: today) to use the school's copy.  You might have to share if other students are playing the same solo.

- There is no dress code, but we recommend you "dress nice."  Make sure you are comfortable playing in your outfit.

- Arrive at the school 30 minutes before your first event to give yourself time to warm up and find the room.  Don't warm up for too long, especially if you play a brass instrument.

- Plan to hang out for a while and watch some other performances.  Support your friends!
