Hi. We are still in need of a few more parent volunteers for tomorrow morning for some 8:00am - 12:00 pm shifts. It’s very likely that we would need fewer volunteers around 11:30am so the shift would be shorter. Please consider it, even if you cannot stay the entire time, just make a note of it. Positions still open: Order Checking Supervisor: The student teams will fill the orders and then escort the parents and cart(s) to the exit door, where you will be waiting to check the load on the cart against the order form. Any discrepancies must be resolved before the cart can proceed to loading.
Vehicle Loading Supervisor: Supervise the loading of the vehicles. The students will do the heavy lifting. You will be asked to provide one last accuracy check. Dress warm. Student volunteers will bring you hot beverages to warm up and, if we have enough volunteers, you will be able to come inside periodically to warm up. You are our last interaction with the parents picking up the fruit!
