February 25, 2019 - Spring Supper Volunteers Needed

Dear Band and Orchestra Parents,

In preparation for the Spring Supper (concert and auction) on April 6,   we are asking for some help.  

The AUCTION COMMITTEE needs:  1) 3 or 4 people to visit businesses and PICK UP auction items.    2) 2-3 people interested in helping devise and create auction baskets.  

We have an urgent, short term need.  

PLEASE come to an organizational gathering.    We really need 3-4 people who can run a few daytime errands,   and 2-3 people who can meet 2, maybe 3 times in the next 3 weeks. 

PLEASE.  

MEETINGS (there will be two, please attend one)

Monday, Feb 25   or  Wednesday, Feb 27

LOCATION:  1551 Parmenter Street.  (The Mackey’s home)   TIME:  7:00 to 8:15 pm
