Colorguard and Percussion Camp
Next week is the beginning of colorguard and percussion camp! Please make sure you bring water (ideally in a refillable container), athletic shoes, lunch, and any additional materials specific to your section. Plan on being outside and eat a great breakfast!
Parent Band App
Our incredible parent volunteers have created a Band App Group for parents specifically. It's a great place for first time parents, those with general questions, and more! Link to join is HERE
Drums on Parade
This is a DCI event that is the highest performing level of marching band at OUR school! It comes highly recommended. Tickets and more information are available HERE. Even if you can't get tickets, nobody will stop you from standing outside the stadium to listen...and trust me, you'll still hear the bands just fine.
Fall Physicals
See below for additional information to make sure you are compliant with school requirements before marching band starts!! As a reminder, none of the physical forms come to the directors or the band. All information goes through the school's activities/athletics website/office. These are due BEFORE Marching Band states. The school reserves the right to prevent students from participating if they do not have the correct paperwork until it is submitted! We currently have only 25 students submitted!!
WIAA physical clearance form
FREE Sports Physicals at MCPASD Health Clinic on July 23 and 30 for students with limited financial resources or without health insurance

Percussionists and Wind Players please make sure to purchase your additional materials before August to make sure they arrive in time!
